Welcome to 30 for 30! This group was created to give everyone the opportunity to workout from the comfort of your home. We wanted the barriers to fitness removed and wanted to make it as easy as possible to navigate.



Here on our website you will find the workouts. The workouts are broken down into sections. Each week we will add additional workout to challenge you even more. You can repeat these workouts throughout the week as much as you like.


Below is a list of terms to familiarize yourself with some of the vocabulary.
