Complete 2 rounds of the following movements

Step throughs- Perform 8 each side


Superman- Perform 10 with a 1 second pause


Walkouts-Perform 6



Circuit-These 4 movements should be performed for 20 minutes completing as many rounds as possible

A. 15 squats

A2. 10 reverse lunges each leg

A3. 5 pushups(no knees) use an elevated surface (bench, stair, ottoman, etc)

A4. 1-30 second plank
