30 Jumping jacks

20 squats

10 walkouts

5 lunges each leg

A1. Rear foot elevated split squat-Perform 10 each leg

A2. Bodyweight Plank row-Perform 10 each side

A3. Sumo squat-Perform 15 reps

A4. Jump squats with pause-Pause at the bottom of squat for 2 seconds before jumping. Perform 10 reps

A5. Pushup-Perform 10 reps

Complete 5 rounds with as little rest as necessary
