Perform 2 sets of the following movements

Cat-Cow-Perform 8 reps. Focus on breathing

Bird dog-Perform 8 reps each side

Shoulder tap-Perform 20 reps

Fire hydrant-Perform 12 reps each side


 


A1. Reverse lunge to knee raise- Pause knee for 1 second each rep.

A2. Knee-in with towel- Perform 15 reps


Complete 3 sets


 

B1. Squat to lunge-Perform 10 reps

B2. Pushup-Perform 8 reps with 1 second pause at the bottom


Complete 3 sets


 

C1. Plank-Perform 45-60 seconds

C2. Kneeling get-ups-Perform 8 reps each leg


Complete 3 sets
