Day 6-May
Complete 2 rounds of the following movements
Step through-Perform 6 each side
Windmill- Perform 10 each side
Superman- Perform 12 with 1 second pause at the top of each rep
Bottom of squat hold-30 seconds
Perform these movements every minute on the minute. Rest 1 minute after all movements are done. Repeat 3x
1. 20 squats
2. 12 pushups
3. 10 lunges each leg
4. 8 walkouts
5. 30 shoulder taps
6. 15 jump squats
