Complete 2 rounds
1. Cat cow-Perform 10 reps focusing on breathing and stretch
2. Quadruped hip circles-Perform 10 each direction
3. Iso hold glute bridge- Perform 60 second hold
4. Iso squat hold-Perform squat with pause at the bottom for 60 seconds
Complete every 3 minutes for 5 rounds. Use the remaining time of each round for rest. Example: if it takes you 2:40 to complete the above movements you have 20 seconds rest
20 jumping jacks
15 lunges each leg
10 pushups
5 walkouts to knee ins
A1. Plank- Perform 3 rounds at 45 seconds
A2. Mountain climbers- Perform 3 rounds at 30 seconds
