Led by Marcus Watson, a personal trainer with a background in physical education, this 2 hour clinic will focus on:

  • Proper strength training fundamental

  • Speed, agility, and coordination

  • Injury prevention and safe movement mechanics

  • Building confidence in the gym and in sports

All exercises are age appropriate and taught in a supportive, high energy environment. No prior training or experience is required.
