You can't see it because the sweat is covering the words, but my 57Fit "Older Not Weaker" was the star today.

Remember, it's recommended we get 150-300 minutes of exercise weekly. I say do what you can, when you can, as much as possible.

These couples were led through a tailored workout full of warmups, 30 minutes of strength training, and some partner stretching to top it all off.

The energy in the room was electric and felt like they actually liked each other.🤣

We'll be dropping more specialty camps and workshops at 57Fit that give you that "community" feel.

Strength training has been shown to increase your overall quality of life. If you've followed us over the years, you know this is the most important aspect of our training.

It has also been shown to increase confidence, which can sometimes decrease as we age. Think body image and the association of health. Our bodies change over time.

Healthy and a certain size are not synonymous as it's been proven well throughout history. This is why we love showcasing all shapes and sizes. Do ya thang!

As we age and SOMETIMES become more sedentary, strength training can increase muscle mass and bone density, reduce the risk of diseases, and decrease the chances of falling due to less stability. Think independence.

Strength training can lower your risk of mortality, especially cardiovascular. That's a big one.

Strength training can support your body before, during, and after pregnancy.

While most of these points can be said about people in general, we're highlighting YOU.
