Let's talk sweat... The more you sweat the more calories you burn, right? Not exactly. Sweating is our body's way of cooling us down and regulating temperature. You sweat more based on climate, weight, fitness level, age, etc. False claims where waist trainers and other equipment making you sweat more leading to fat loss isn't true. You lose water through sweat. This can be what the scale is showing, once you hydrate, boom. Those pounds gone will be right back. It's just water weight. Best way to lose fat? Exercise, ditch the scale, gets some rest, work on being consistent, eat mainly whole foods, protein, fruit and veggies, and hydrate. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
